At the end of each month I will be choosing my favorite images from the shoots I have done for that month. I will post them in a folder labeled with that month. You can vote on your favorite image for the month by typing the word “vote” in the comments.

This month the contest will end at midnight tomorrow (September 2nd). The image with the most votes wins!! Don’t be shy, you can vote for your own image and get everyone you know to do so too. The winner will receive a free 11×14 stand out (Valued at $90.00) from their session.

What’s in it for the people that vote, you ask??? Each person that votes is entered in the contest to win $100.00 in free print credit with Shot of Whimsy!! The winner will be chosen by random.org. I don’t know HOW I keep getting so lucky with all of my Senior Reps this year. Not only are they all gorgeous, but the are all so beautiful on the inside too. Their parents have all done a fabulous job with them and OH, you moms…I can’t say enough about how wonderful you all are!

Okay, good segway into the introduction of this INCREDIBLY gorgeous young lady. She’s interested in going to school for engineering. Wow. Smart and Beautiful and Sweet to the core. You will go far in life my dear, you surely will.

Thank you for a wonderful session tonight. You and your mom are so so so fun. I hope you love your images. I hope to be completely finished with them within the next week, but until then…enjoy your sneak peek!!

Okay Kiddos…Here it is: I only have SEVEN weekend days left for Holiday Sessions this year. One of those days is going to my drawing winner on my Facebook page, so that only leave SIX spots open for Holiday Pics. I will have weekday spots available, but time changes in October, so those will be limited too. If you want to have your Family Holiday Session with me this year, I suggest you sign up NOW!! I am offering Mini-Sessions this year, so if you would like to book one of those, let me know ASAP!! I spent the morning with this sweet family. Mom and Dad were so worried that big sister may have been too spirited and that I probably wasted my time and didn’t get any shots today…what do YOU think? Are these not the most precious sisters EVER??

Kayla came to me through a mutual friend and I was so excited to meet her. She actually agreed to come on our Photog Phrendz photo walk last month and I was so worried that she’d wanna drop me and go with another photographer after she started seeing all the other photog’s work. I was lucky. She stuck with me. Kayla and her mom are so much fun and so easy-going…just the kinda session I ADORE!! Here are your sneak peeks Kayla. Wow. Just WOW!!

I would love her and hug her and hold her and dress her in pretty pink things. I have known this PRECIOUS little sweet pea’s mommy for a long time. Haven’t seen her in a very very long time, but she’s still just as pretty and sweet as I remember her. Thank you Jennifer, for allowing me into your BEAUTIFUL home to capture pictures of your sweet new miracle. Love her.

And LOOK at her cutie little toes peeking out…

…and I pretty much love that when her sister saw the tutus I had, she wanted to dress in them from head to toe…

Big sister is sort of a cute little blur of pink so the above picture was the only one that was still blurry, but able to make out how BEAUTIFUL she is too.

I hope that their mommy and daddy let me take pictures of them for years and years to come.

Oh Jake, you make my job so easy!! Here is a glance at a few of the images I captured tonight. I am lucky that you were suggested to me as a rep this year. You are so easy-going and such a kind young man and I hope that one day my boys grow up to be as polite as you. A big “thank you” to your mom for coming along tonight and weathering through the mean old lady, the 107 degree temp and the rain. I’m so glad to have met you both and look forward to working with you this year!!
